We all know snack is a small portion of food eaten between meals.  But sometimes we were take snacks as meal. Lol !!!. Even snacks has its types

Snack preferences vary in several areas of the world.
But still we are ready to taste foods that are popular across the world irrespective they are healthy or not.

No wonder as our motive is towards the healthy life, here I will suggest snack items that will have lot of nutrients and protiens that keeps you full and limit the craving of unhealthy foods.
  •  Mixed nuts that can be taken on the go.
  • Dark chocolate with almond is a portable snacks
  • Cucumber
  • Any pieces of fruit like banana, pear, orange.

  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Fruit smoothies banana, chikko
  • Coconut water
  • 20 almond
  • Puffed rice with veggies. Avoid potato
  • 30 peanuts



  • Channa chat with onion, tomato, coriander leaves
  • Poha with onion, carrot, peas and peanut

Best time to consume snack :

Snacks should be consumed at 2-3 hours of main meals. Consume Indian snacks during the day time.

provided you have eaten your dinner.
 
Make sure snack is of low calorie content.
