Everyone will aim of going for health centres, look for fitness coaches. That's good, ofcourse. But here I will share few easy steps to boost up the metabolism in the morning so where the healthy life begins from the healthy morning.
So, early in the morning as soon as you wake don't prefer coffee or tea that completely ruins the health.
Begin with the detox water. Detox water is the plain water infused with flavours. Trust me this detox water will be the booster. Below I have listed few types of detox water.
1. Lemon ginger detox water
To a glass of luke warm water, add juice of half of the lemon and half inch grated ginger.
This detox helps in weight loss,
Balance blood sugar level, reduces bad cholesterol and also keeps you hydrated.
2. Ginger cinnamon cumin lemon water
To a glass of hot water, add half tea spoon of cumin, juice of half of the lemon, half inch grated ginger, small piece of cinnamon. Drink this detox as luke warm water.
This detox strengthens immune system, burns fat, improves digestion, keeps the joints away from inflammation.
3. Detox ginger lemon mint water
To a glass of hot water add hand full of crushed mint, half inch grated ginger, juice of half the lemon. Strain it. Drink as luke warm water.
It is great source of vitamin C, it balances your body energy level. It is amazing for your skin !!
4. Cucumber detox water
To a glass of hot water, add few cut pieces of cucumber and drink.
It prevents cancer, lowers blood pressure, provides antioxidants, boosts bone health.
5. Jaggery detox
To a glass of luke warm water, add 1 small cube of jaggery and drink.
This magical combination when taken on empty stomach stabilizes your body temperature and helps in clearing toxins and waste.
